How to create your first event & session on RecapHub

Getting Started

Navigate to https://app.recaphub.co/
Create an account, or login as an existing user.

Click the "Content Generation Rules" field.
Content generation rules are the requirements of users for the RecapHub to better understand the context and generate the content more accurately. E.g. "Keep a corporate tone of voice", "Avoid slang or informal expressions", "Ignore small talk", etc.

Click the "Enter name to group by" field.
This is where you create a filter category. Think of it as naming a tag or label that RecapHub can use to group your content later. Examples of what you can enter: stage name (e.g. “Main Stage”), topic (e.g. “AI” or “Climate”), session type (e.g. “Panel” or “Workshop”), or any custom label that fits your setup (e.g. “Investor Track”, “Day 1").

  • Upload a Display Picture: This will be the main thumbnail shown for your event.

  • Add a CTA Banner: Use this space to promote your brand or message (e.g. “Join Now”, “Watch Live”, etc.).

  • Include a Sponsor Banner: Highlight the partners or sponsors backing your event.

Click "View Details" to view all the Sessions within it.

Fill in the requested information. Then click "Next".

Paste your transcript here. An audio file or YouTube link also works.

Then, upload any other media files.
