Click "Create your own Recap"

Creating your account

After filling in all the information, click "Create account..."

Creating your first Organization, Event & Session

Once your account is created, your first organization is automatically set up.
The organization represents the highest level of information hierarchy. Within each organization, you can manage multiple events, and each event can contain multiple sessions.

Click "View Events"

After being in an Organization, you can create your first event!

Fill in the requested details

Click the "Content Generation Rules" field.
Content generation rules are the requirements of users for the RecapHub to better understand the context and generate the content more accurately.

Click the "Enter name to group by" field.
Use this as a filter - either for stages, topics, types of sessions, etc...

Upload a display picture to serve as the thumbnail for your event, include a CTA banner to highlight your brand, and add a Sponsor Banner to feature the partners supporting your event.

Click "Confirm Event Details" to save your event information. You'll then be directed to a page that displays all the events within your organization.

Click "View Details" to view all the Sessions within it

Now let's add your first session!

Fill in the requested information

Click "Add Speaker."

Any information you add here will be visible on the final page!
Paste your transcript here and wait for the magic

Optional: You can also add the link to a YouTube or Vimeo video

Click "Generate Content".

After clicking the button, please wait a few seconds for the content to be generated.
